i need to change the way i treat my mom when i was in the bad mood, but the first thing i need to do is to control my temper. i easily got mad these days, and i don’t know the reason why. was it because if my diet? was it because i need more sleep? these guilty feeling towards my mom is killing me slowly.. i need to change every thing.. i need to change myself..  she didn’t like the way i treat her, the way i spoke to her, and neither do i..
